Glen Wind

President

Glen Wind is the President of Zephyr Gas Services. Prior to starting Zephyr, Glen served as the Gulf Coast Regional Sales Director for The Hanover Compressor Company from 1998 to 2006. He joined Hanover in 1993 when the Company he and his brother started, Wind Production Systems, was acquired by Hanover.

Glen has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Glen grew up in the Oil & Gas business beginning his career in the family business, Ken Wind Company at the age of 10. Over the next 29 years he learned all facets of the oil & gas production equipment manufacturing business.

He is a Graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA in Marketing.

Glen's vision for Zephyr is to Redefine the Treating Industry with revolutionary equipment design and superior service.

Carlos Rodriguez

Chief Financial Officer

Carlos Rodriguez is the Chief Financial Officer of Zephyr Services. Carlos began his career in public accounting with KPMG.

With over 15 years of experience, Carlos has held various positions in accounting, finance and M&A with both public and privately held companies. He obtained his CPA license in the State of Texas in October of 1995.

Carlos is a Graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting.

John Thompson

Vice President of Engineering

John Thompson is the Vice President of Engineering of Zephyr Gas Services. Prior to joining Zephyr, John served as the Senior Engineer for the Standard Products Group; and Product Manager of the Turnkey & Treating Division for The Hanover Compressor Company.

John has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. John began his career in 1980 with Sun Oil Company / Oryx Energy Company where he served as the District Gas Engineer, Acting Chief Engineer of Gas Processing and Joint Venture Plant Manager. He also served as the Joint Venture Plants and Pipelines Manager for Mitchell Energy & Development Corp.

John is a Registered Professional Engineer and is a Graduate of Texas A & M University Kingsville (formerly Texas A&I University) with a BS in Natural Gas Engineering.

Wes McGuffin

Operations Manager

Wes McGuffin is the Vice President of Operations for Zephyr Gas Services. Prior to joining Zephyr, Wes was a Field Superintendant for Streamline Production Systems.

Wes has 8 yrs experience in the petrochemical industry. Primarily in process piping design and project management. Additionally he has 5 yrs experience of field installations and project management in the oil and gas industry and graduated from Victoria Jr. College.

Cody Smith

Controller

Cody Smith is the Controller for Zephyr Gas Services. Prior to joining Zephyr, Cody was a Divisional Controller for Flotek Industries.

Cody is a graduate of Southwestern University with a BA in Accounting. He also holds a MACY from Texas State and has a MBA with a focus on MIS from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX.

Kelli Sanford

HR/Office Manager

Kelli Sanford is the HR / Office Manager for Zephyr Gas Services. Prior to joining Zephyr, Kelli was the Gulf Coast Sales Coordinator for The Hanover Compressor Company. Kelli also served as the Oracle Subject Matter Expert for the Domestic and International Sales Departments from 1997 to 2006.

Kelli has over 12 years of experience working in the oil and gas industry.
