Zephyr JT Plant NGL Extraction/Hydrocardon Dew Point Control
The Zephyr JT Plant provides wellhead hydrocarbon dew point control through the Joule Thomson effect via the expansion of the inlet gas stream. The system is designed to meet most pipeline hydrocarbon dew point specifications where sufficient pressure drop is available. The ZJT Plant condenses and removes the heavier hydrocarbon components in the inlet gas stream reducing the GPM content of the gas. The amount of liquid hydrocarbons recovered is a function of gas composition, temperature, and pressure drop across the Zephyr JT Plant valve. Contaminants in produced natural gas make it undesirable for pipeline transportation and commercial use. Zephyr Gas Services, LLC Zephyr JT Plant/NGL Extraction/Hydrocarbon Dew Point Plants are designed to recover valuable hydrocarbons liquid while preparing the gas to meet required pipeline specifications. The Zephyr design Joule Thomson plant is also designed for high pressure remote well service where common-point gas gathering facilities are not available. The ZJT Plant is self contained and compact, minimizing valuable real estate. Also, as an option Zephyr offers a skid mounted 18,000 gallon NGL Tank for product storage. The ZJT Plant consists of; gas/gas heat exchanger, NGL exchanger, hot gas by-pass, expansion valve, methanol pump and a cold separator. The ZJT Plant Advantage and what that means to you:
