Z-Cool Max Gas Coolers

The ZCool Max Gas Cooler has engine-driven forced draft units that are designed for maximum gas cooling efficiency. The ZCool Max Gas Cooler forced draft design uses less horsepower by handling cooler ambient air of greater density. It provides for a more compact design, ease of installation, and simple day-to-day operation.

The ZCool Max Gas Cooler's unique sloped section arrangement provides greater gas cooling capacity design and creates a high discharge air velocity to minimize the recirculation of hot air. The vertical discharge design makes the gas cooler's performance predominantly unaffected by variation in wind direction or the location of adjacent equipment. This arrangement also facilitates installation by reducing the required skid space for the ZCool Max Gas Cooler. Thus, allowing our customers more flexibility when designing facilities.
